Rain, Rain, Come Today!

Children are magic. They are magic! Seeing things through their eyes brings me so much joy. They find the little things really important. For example, the weather is a huge deal to them. We  go out no matter the weather, but still it dictates their play. Also you know it’s dry when children start asking for a rainy day. Sunday night into Monday morning they got their wish! It rained! They were in awe of how it “transformed” the playground. The followed water trails left in the sandbox and couldn’t believe their eyes when they were able to make “sturdy” sand castles. The mud kitchen became the most popular place on the play ground !
